I Ride: Whatever I take off the showroom
my ac went out a few years ago. really want to get it replaced this year. if anyone knows or does HVAC are a reasonable price please let me know thanks

how did it go out?

Mine went out(ac unit, 3 ton) and through the help of the forum went and bought new motor and regulator, fixed it right up for ~$160.

way cheaper than someone coming out and doing it.

old age. compressor is locked up. ive have 3 ac guys look at it, they all told me the same thing. it needs replaced :rant

if the heat exchanger inside is the same age you should consider replacing the system. no point having cold air all summer just to die from Co2 poisoning in the winter from a cracked or rusted out burner.
